Unico High Static Pressure Forced Air Unit – Cooling Equipment Most Suitable for the Laguna Beach Custom Wine Cabinets

David and his team of cooling specialists, together with the client, decided that the best HVAC unit for the Laguna Beach custom wine cabinets is a ducted split type refrigeration system. In this setup, there is no noise in the storage structure because the equipment is placed in a separate room. Cool air is ducted from the unit into the wine cabinets, and warm air is vented out.

David and his team of refrigeration experts installed a Unico High Static Pressure Forced Air Unit. This type of refrigeration system allows the technicians to use extra small ducting that are capably of reaching very tight areas of the Lagunua Beach custom wine cabinets.

The technicians installed a Unico High Static Pressure Forced Air Unit. This particular piece of equipment has a built-in fan that uses high static pressure. With this special feature, David and his team of experts can utilize smaller sizes of pipes that can fit tight spaces.

A typical Forced Air Unit (FAU) uses ducts that are a minimum of six inches. There are no conduits that are smaller than this size. But with the specific type of Unico cooling unit that the HVAC technicians installed, two-inch ducting can be used. The team of refrigeration experts set up a total of eight pipes for the cooling system. Each of the four custom wine cabinets was allocated two conduits, wherein one provided cool air to the storage space while the other received the warm air from it. The ducts were small enough to reach the cabinet’s very tight parts.
